June 29th-30th

Summer holidays

We cannot believe we have reached the end of our school year. Congratulations!
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the wonderful work you did with your children over the last few months. Thank you for staying connected with us throughout and for sending us so many lovely photos and videos of the children’s work. We really appreciate everything that was shared with us.
We hope you all have a fantastic Summer. Stay safe and have a well-earned break. We wish you all the best for Second Class.

Below is just a few fun ideas to try out this week if you wish.

  • We really hope the children will enjoy this activity and the opportunity to get creative. Keeping in mind that each family will have access to different resources at this time, we are suggesting a variety of activities to ensure the inclusion of all students.

The ice cream sundae can be created in a variety of ways using ready-made ingredients. The children could even engage in a cool science experiment and make their own ice cream. We have also included some recipes for some tasty sauces. Alternatively, students could make a virtual ice cream sundae online or by using art materials, playdough or Lego. Check out our helpful links below.

v Food science – make your own ice cream, in a bag, by using only 5 ingredients!
v Take your ice cream to the next level by making these delicious sauces (parental supervision essential)
v Make an ice cream online – print off your completed sundae when you are finished creating your masterpiece
v Not a fan of ice cream? Try this edible play dough ice cream instead!
v Lots of creative ice cream art ideas here
